At Claymont Court Seminars we can provide complete catering of meals, with homemade breads, gourmet vegetables and provision for special dietary requirements. We take great pride in the quality and variety of our cooking.

Our Chef, Peter Humes, has over 37 years in the hospitality field. Peter began his food service career managing a small restaurant in New Jersey. He then attended the Academy of Culinary Arts, and after graduation, enjoyed a successful career in New York City. Peter's next move took him to Sonoma, California, where he owned a renowned catering business and founded the first organic micro-brewery in America.
Peter has been involved with The Claymont Society since his first visit in 1976. He returned to manage the kitchens at Claymont in 2011. Here at Claymont, Peter uses local, organic, seasonal, ingredients to create world class cuisine. We welcome our guests to enoy our healing food, inspired by a healthy lifestyle.
